We are committed to building an accessible and inclusive experience, so that everyone, whatever their ability or the way they browse, can build, teach and learn on Motion. We treat accessibility as part of doing the job well, not an afterthought, and we keep improving it as the product grows.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These are the internationally recognized guidelines for making web content usable by people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor and cognitive needs.
Across Motion we work to provide:
Accessibility is never finished. Some parts of the product are still being improved, and content created by the people who teach on Motion, or by third-party services we embed, is not always fully in our control. We keep testing, fixing and raising the bar, and your feedback is one of the best ways we find what needs attention.
If something on Motion is hard to use with your assistive technology, or you hit a barrier anywhere, please tell us. Email [email protected] with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive tech you were using. It helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster.
We aim to respond within five business days and will work with you on a fix or a workaround while we put a permanent one in place.
